Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted only one (1) account on the auwin platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. auwin employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection of multiple accounts, auwin reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, forfeit all balances, and pursue legal action as appropriate.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account access credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized them. You agree to notify auwin immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. auwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.3 Withdrawal Procedures

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise arranged with customer support. First-time withdrawals require identity verification in accordance with Section 5 (Know Your Customer) of these Terms. Withdrawal processing times are typically within twenty-four (24) hours for most methods, though bank transfers may take one to three (1-3) business days. auwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks which may delay withdrawal processing.

3.4 Source of Funds

Players warrant that all funds deposited with auwin are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of crime. auwin is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to request documentation regarding the source of funds at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

3.5 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

8.2 Money Laundering

auwin has zero tolerance for money laundering. Any suspicious activity including but not limited to depositing and withdrawing funds without wagering, unusual transaction patterns, or use of multiple accounts will be investigated. auwin cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspected money laundering to appropriate authorities.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitative strategies is prohibited. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of related winnings, and may result in account closure and legal action.

8.4 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Players found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate consequences including but not limited to: suspension or termination of account, forfeiture of all balances including deposits and winnings, voiding of all bets and transactions, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action to recover damages. auwin's decision regarding prohibited activities is final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

12.4 Assignment
